Welcome to My new page. I am happy I can share my knowledge of healing and meditation with you. I am going to be teaching a class on Meditating with Meditation Beads.

This is way to learn how to quiet your mind by using inside attachments "your breath, chanting, and mantra" and outside attachment moving the beads in a certain pattern with your breath, chant, or mantra. By using theses technique when your ego takes off on a story you will notice it and bring yourself back what you were doing, creating the silent's that we are all craving.

This class is $25 and is being held on ( come soon )at the Taproot Bookstore at 7 PM. Each person will receive their own string of Meditation beads and instructions how to use them. Space is limited please E-mail if your are interested in taking the class

Chanting Class: Come and enjoy the unique sound of OM.  Feel, hear, and relax by using your voice to bring about peace in your life. The Taproot bookstore has once again brought the community together by offering this class in Chanting.

This class is about using the sacred universal chant of Om to help improve your life and enjoy the gradual effect on how you breathe.  Share your voice with long-time and brand new students. Your voice is important, and needs to be heard.  Please come and share it with the universe.  The class is casual and is open to all-no experience necessary.

Time: Class starts at 9:15 A.M. sharp please get there early or risk to be locked out.

Meditation Class:  Times are getting tough, between the price of gas and food and the world’s problems.  Threats and fears are cast upon us everyday through the television, radio and news papers.  We live in a stressful existence.  Come and enjoy the positive energy of this healing meditation class.  Join us in releasing the stressors that we call our lives.  Come together with the veterans and new meditators alike and give yourself a chance to become whole again.  Class is casual and is open to all- no experience necessary.  We sit in folding chairs to meditate or you can sit on the floor.  Please, take this time and do it for yourself.  “See you there”.
